Meal planning. Life planning.
Your meals are nourishment for the life you’re living and the life you’re building.
While we’re deciding what we’ll eat this week, we can also ask: How do I want to feel? What needs my energy? What am I creating, calling in, praying for or making space for?
And just as important: What are these nourishing meals preparing me to have the energy to do, create, manifest or move toward this week? The food we prepare is not separate from the life we’re planning—it helps fuel it.
Then we close the kitchen knowing that both our food and our intentions are ready to support the week ahead.
Cook with people who want to live deliciously, too.
Meal prep can be boring when you’re doing it alone. Together, it becomes something different: accountability, conversation, encouragement, laughter and the energy of like-minded people showing up for themselves—and one another.
I want this to become a place where meal prep feels less like a chore you have to get through and more like a delicious weekly ritual you get to share.
As our local community grows, I’d also love to create opportunities for us to gather in person—because virtual connection is wonderful, and sometimes it’s even better to sit around the same table together.
And this is only the beginning. I’m developing a deeper six-week Prep + Manifest experience that brings together Mix + Match meal prep, manifestation, cooking skills, nutrition and wellness, kitchen confidence and community.
If that sounds like your kind of delicious, I’d love to keep you in the loop.
