We start with a discovery call
First, we talk. We’ll spend about 15 minutes getting to know one another, talking about your household and what kind of meal support would make life easier. If we decide we’re a delicious fit, we move forward.
You tell me how you like to eat
You’ll receive an onboarding questionnaire where you can share your food preferences, dietary needs, household rhythms and what you already have in your kitchen. It helps me make the service feel personal from the very beginning.
I create your menu
Before cook day, I send you Mix + Match menu options built around your preferences. You review them, tell me what sounds delicious and request changes if something does not. Then I finalize your menu.
You shop your kitchen. I shop the store.
I create your grocery list and send it to you first so you can “shop” your own pantry and refrigerator and check off anything you already have. Then I shop for the remaining fresh, thoughtfully selected ingredients.
This helps prevent duplicate purchases, reduce food waste and keep grocery costs down.
I arrive + get cooking
Before your first cook day, we’ll make sure I know the practical details—where to park, how to get in and anything I should know about your kitchen. We’ll check in together, and then I get to work turning those groceries into your 3 Power Proteins + 3 Conscious Carbs + 3 Seasonal Veggies.
I pack + organize
Everything is packed, labeled and organized in your refrigerator so you can easily see what you have and create the meal that sounds good right now.
I clean + leave your receipts
I wash the dishes, wipe down the kitchen and clean up after myself. Your grocery receipts are left for you so you can see exactly what was purchased and what it cost. No grocery markup. No mystery fees.
I send your invoice
After cook day, I send your invoice. You’re left with a clean kitchen, a refrigerator full of delicious possibilities and one important part of your week already handled.
One less thing competing for your energy.
No Sunday meal-prep marathon.
No mountain of dirty pots and pans.
No staring into the refrigerator at 6:17 p.m. hoping dinner will somehow reveal itself.
Just real, delicious food ready when you are.
This isn’t simply meal prep. It’s having one important part of your life lovingly, efficiently, and deliciously... handled.
